17.4 Stuttering playback Text+ CharacterLevelStyling

Multiple bugs with the Text+ on the edit page (It was edited with some character level styling in fusion).

On the screenshot, there is nothing in the inspector, the playback is stuttering, and on other projects, Resolve crashed multiple time when I tried to change the text that had character level styling on it (can't reproduce it with this drp demo, but I'll try to

All my project that have this type of overlay don't play properly anymore :/ I generally have these in compound clips but it does the same thing when it's out of it, so it wasn't related to that.

And I attached the DRP file (zip file), if someone could test it and see if it does the same. It was all fine on the last version of Resolve

RTX 3090 - 472.12 Studio

I just tested with a "vanilla" text+ and basic character level styling, it does the same thing

I don't know which other drivers version should I give?

I'm trying to make resolve crash again (I had it in the logs but I purged them to have "clean ones" just for the particular crash)

What you see is when I select the characters, then change the text in the inspector (I'm not just typing "a" but random letters), the textbox loses focus and I can't type. When I don't select the characters then go to edit the text in the textbox, it works.

Resolved frozen, then crashed before when I tried to do that, but I can't manage to make it crash again

Anyway it looks like there is something happening with Character level styling during the playback.

I can add to that the fact that render the video with a track and a text+ and CharacterLevelStyling is extremely slow, 16 fps max. When I deactivate the track, it goes back to the 150-200 fps.

I have to find a workaround until it's fixed

It looks like it was fixed in 17.4.1. After a quick test, the playback is normal again, and the render is where it should be (in the 90-100 instead of 14-15 on a 3090)
