DaVinci Resolve 17.4 R3D playback fault

I upgraded today to 17.4 (from 17.3.2) and playback is choppy playing back R3D clips from the Komodo. I get less than 5fps 1920x1080 (25fps project. (Full Res Premium - 16 bit). The interface is becomes unresponsive sometimes and restrting Resolve works. Render caching gets the playback back to realtime.
The clips are also slow in the media pool viewer so this rules out OFX, grades slowing it down.

17.3.2 I get 25fps - same project. So I downgraded to this and it works GREAT - as it did before.

ProRes seems to be unafected.

TITAN RTX (Nvidia Studio driver 472.12 (current as of posting)
Footage drive: Kingston 2TB NVME PCie 3

Hello. We are not seeing this issue here unfortunately. Could you please send us a small sample project archive (.dra which includes the media) which shows you this regression from 17.3.2 to 17.4. You can pm me if you like.

I'm also experiencing this. First I thought it might have been a faulty external drive, then I've done a Media Management and copied the used files to my internal RAID. It still plays back at 1 frame per second, and in my Task Manager CPU usage is in 14% and GPU is 1%. I can't downgrade, because I've done grading with new qualifier settings, so please, fix this issue as soon as possible.

The files are 6K R3D as well. I've tried with GPU decompressing both on and off and nothing changes.

RTX 3090 (472.39 Studio Driver)
NVMe Samsung 960 EVO 256GB system drive (where Resolve is installed)
3 drives RAID 0 reading 350MB/s read speed.

I got a similar problem. but not just with last version. I never ever can´t play well my Red files. (In premiere i do with out problems) For me, Davinci only works for grade. I try everything. Any updates of your issue? Thanks
