Davinci 17.4 no audio device

When I install Davinci Studio 17.3 or 17.4 I get this constant error "Audio Output - Selected Device Not found.

When I go into preferences for video my Ultrastudio Extreme 4K 3 is found, but on audio there is no way to select the Ultrastudio, only system audio and Nvidia options are found.

If I reinstall version 17.2.2 everything works

any ideas?

Windows System, with dual 1080Ti, 96gigs ram, Ultrastudio 4K 3

What is the current configuration in Preferences > System > Video and Audio I/O?

Here it is, this works perfectly on 17.2.2

Both Resolve 17.3 and 17.4 change the Video and Audio IO Settings from earlier versions.

A "Desktop Video" option is provided under the Audio I/O section along with a "Mirror audio I/O engine output" preference in the Video I/O section.

Have you restarted Resolve between configuration changes?

Any news with this issues facing same problem on Windows 10.
My system also crashes because of this error

Hi I don't think I have restarted Resolve when I changed to Desktop video, will try that next week, had to start working on a feature, and I prefer not to upgrade versions during a project.

For those still having this issue, I have finally managed to fix mine by removing previews version of the Resolve out of my system first then re-install version 17.4

I finally did both suggestions, uninstall previous version and also restart resolve when changing for Desktop video for audio output, and that did the trick, is working now, thank you guys.
