Cursor in Color page jumps to top of screen

Hi,

I've been using Resolve on this hardware since V16. Yes, I'd love an eGPU!

After installing 17.4 (love the H265!) on Win 10 (see sig for more) any left click on an input box on the color page sends the cursor to the top of the screen. This happens for dragging the virtual scroll wheels or trying to double click on a label to reset the value to default. Almost impossible to work on the color page without being able to drag/release/drag without having to find the cursor and put it on the input. Also does not allow dragging the virtual scroll wheel after the cursor hits the edge of the screen. Dragging an item right that starts in the inspector doesn't let you drag very far in one go like it used to!

I uninstalled 17.4 and can confirm that 17.3.2 does not have this behavior on my system. But exports are five times slower with H264!!)

I have since re-installed 17.4 to see if it might be an install issue, but the behavior came back. Plus, I have seen unhelpful cursor moements on the Edit page Settings inspector too.

Does nobody else have this issue? It's pretty major if you have it.

And 17.4.1 is no better. Does nobody else have this problem? I'm stuck on 17.3.2.

I have the same problem. My cursor jumps to the right of the screen and there is no marking of the value with a left mouse click possible. Happens in 17.4.0 and 17.4.1.
I had to go back to 17.3.2 too.

I have a similar problem where the cursor will jump to apparently random points.

I have discovered that it seem to be related to scaling.

I have one 1080 monitor and one 4k monitor. I have replicated the following on my workstation and my laptop in Davinci studio.

If the 4k monitor is set as my main display window in the windows display settings and the 1080 is set as my primary display in DaVinci then the cursor will jump unexpectedly.
If I set my the 1080 as my main display in windows and the 4k as my primary display in DaVinci then there is no problem with the cursor, but Davinci does not scale.
If I set either monitor as main in windows and primary in DaVinci there does not seem to be any problem.

Hope this is helpful to other having similar problems.

Thank you for the idea Ian, that works! Yea!! There are some issues I need to sus out having my primary monitor above my secondary, but only when using DR. If I set the laptop monitor as a full screen preview that will minimize my confusion having monitor 1 above monitor 2.
