source material is from Canon 60D, 8bit 420 h.264 23.976
all clips from this camera show really bad banding in shadows. had been working fine a few days ago in 17.3.2 and prior. screen shot enclosed. 2nd monitor output is being driven by eGPU 5700XT -> 4K 27" dell monitor.
edit window looks ok on main iMac screen
I can make source clip available to anyone at BMD who needs it.
