is Windows 11 supported as an OS?

Just looking for a new Laptop to run Davinci Resolve and they are starting to have windows 11 installed on them now. Is windows 11 supported and if so will it work just as well or better than window 10?

Windows 11 is not officially supported.

The latest version of Linux resolve supports was released in 2016. So I don't expect Black Magic to jump on the 11 bandwagon.

Resolve 17.4.x works on Windows 11.
We have it running for quite some time in QA.
If you find issues, please let us know.
