On the Edit Page, the Meters Panel does not appear when the Meters Button is selected....
unless, the Meters Button is selected, the project is saved, DR is closed down and re-opened.
If the button has not been selected when the program is closed, the panel cannot be accessed when the program is next opened.
Yes annoying.
