speed editor jogwheel doesnt respond

Hi,
My jogwheel of the speed editor doesnt work.
17.4.1 on windows 10.

the speed editor does work, for all the other functions. Led's light up, and I can punch in and out, and all the other stuff.

But the jog wheel won't work.

I gave the speed editor a factory reset, which did't solve the issue. battery is 99%, connected by usb C.
rebooted the computer... no solution

Can I solve this? please help

Did you solve this? I just got mine and it worked for like 2 hours, then I tried connected it to Bluetooth and now it doesnt.

I just barely got the SE today. It works (worked) awesome for like two hours. Using Windows 10. Then I tried connecting it via Bluetooth, and it wouldn't connect properly. So I said screw it, and went back to USB. Now my Jog Wheel doesn't work at all. All other keys work fine. I'm on Version 1.4.1, Build 7e520cee. Can I downgrade and re-install the drivers? Really bummed as I was loving this thing..

I'm connected using the cable that came with it, directly to my motherboard by the way.

I have had to return mine. waiting for repairs now...

I ended up just having to remove the device completely from Windows in the Device Manager, and plug it back in to re-install the USB drivers.
