Resolve crashes when selecting DPX in Media Pool

Hello,

I'm in the middle of a project and I have a massive crashing problem:

Problem description:

Resolve crashes instantly when clicking on a DPX (even TIF) in the Media Pool (MEDIA & CONFORM).
Grading (COLOR) and exporting (DELIVER) is no problem, but i.e. I can't add DPX media to a new timeline (it crashes when clicking a DPX).

Project Settings:

• original media DPX 10bit lin (2185x1152)
• Timeline 1998x1080
• Image scaling:
  
  INPUT scale fullframe with crop, (so I have the desired output height & I can pan the image left/right)
  OUTPUT scale entire image to fit (Monitor 1920x1080) (so I can see complete image on my non 2K monitor)

Resolve Full Version 9.0.0.087 (*)
Blackmagic Desktop Video 9.6.9
OS X 10.6.8
CUDA 5.0.37 ("no updates avaiable")
Mac Pro late 2008, 8-core, 2,8GHz, 12GB RAM, internal RAID 0 (420 MB/s)
GeForce 120 & GTX285
Decklink SDI
Avid Artist Color

(*) i think newer versions require Mountain Lion. ML & a newer version have a lower performance (less fps) on my system.
