Davinci Resolve 17.4.2.9 fails to launch

Upgraded to the latest 17.4.2.9 only to have it totally fail to launch... normally instant crash and leaves a process behind in task manager.

The best Ive managed so far is the splash screen lockup on Video Codecs.

Win10 21H2, Nvidia GTX 1050 TI Studio Version driver v 472.47

Anyone else having issues?

(rolling back to 17.4.1 resolves all)

When experiencing crashes always include a link to logs.

I'm having the same issue as well, hanging on video codecs
