What codec? H.264? Perhaps you can render to .mov or . MP4 and remux with TSMuxer. Or AVIdemux?

Maybe an MXF OP1a XDCAM MPEG2 export from Resolve ... then FFmpeg to copy the elementary stream into a transport stream? Something like ffmpeg -i input.mxf -c copy output.ts << I'm not knowledgable about FFmpeg, I just blagged that instruction from elsewhere. Seems pretty straightforward tho, as long as your export from Resolve is to a format that is supported by a transport stream wrapper. Might be worth testing.
Let's have a return to the glory days, when press releases for new versions included text like "...with over 300 new features and improvements that professional editors and colorists have asked for."

I fiddled and fiddled and wracked my brains for a memory that I had once encoded to .m25 … Media Encoder! I think it’s the multiplex settings, dropdown “TS”!
Thanks for all the suggestions…I nearly bought that recommendation - it has some other cool options.
