Resolve taking ages to open any file browser dialogue

I've had this for the last couple of version, any time Resolve needs to open a Windows Explorer window it just sits there for a whole minute doing nothing then the Explorer window appears. I created a diagnostics log yesterday when this happened, perhaps I could upload it for support to take a look at?

To me that's not normal. When I right click on a file or folder and select Open File Location, Windows Explorer opens immediately.
