Resolve probably still trying to use the Intel GPU. Update youe Intel & Nvidia drivers (not from Windows update, download them from Intel & Nvidia) and when on project splash, 'ctrl + ,' and select the following GPU settings (for your equivalent devices) and then in Windows Graphics Settings, set the resolve.exe application to use the Nvidia too. Restart system and try again. Use 'ctrl + ,' without opening a project to see if the settings have stuck to Nvidia.
Note: my Nvidia displays as Intel on Windows for some reason, it's a bug in Windows I think.
