Video flickering black

Each time I crop a video or anything in general, I end up with this. The only way to stop it is if I relaunch the whole software. I linked a video to show what it really looks like

Your GPU might not be performant enough. How much VRAM do you have?
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

The very minimum VRAM for HD is 2GB. Even then it will probably struggle.
