Hello,
I have a Tangent Ripple connected directly to my computer via USB. It is powered and according to the Tangent Mapper Diagnostic Information function, Resolve has control over it (see below). In the Resolve preferences, I set the panel to Tangent Element since the Ripple emulates it (see below as well).
However, Resolve does not react to either the trackballs or the buttons, although the Tangent HUD driver symbol and a window simply saying "DaVinci Resolve" appears on my other screen when I move the trackballs. The A button adds "Trackball - Level YRGB" to the window, so I know that both the trackballs and the buttons work. I already restarted Resolve several times and the computer twice.
The Ripple used to work with the previous Resolve version, however, this is the first time I'm using it with 17.4.3 and Windows 11.
Does anyone else have this problem with Ripple and 17.4.3?
