Boxes with rounded corners easily?

(See screenshot) I have a simple montage with layers that are done on the Edit page. I have cropped the original frames to be more pleasing aesthetically. However, the client is asking for rounded corners. I thought this would be a simple adjustment on the crop menu of the Inspector but there isn't a setting for this.

Short of having to build alpha channel mattes for each box, is there a way to do this on the Edit page? I looked inside Fusion and it's crop function also doesn't included rounder corners for cropping.

In Premiere Pro this is a simple setting on the crop menu.

Use the Transform Open FX instead of the built-in crop, once you enable the Crop checkbox you will see a parameter named Edge Rounding

You don't use crop in the Fusion page, add a Rectangle Mask and adjust the Corner Radius.

Thanks for the good tips Panos and Eric. I am new to the "transform" OFX. It is working, however, it does seem a bit weird to use an OFX plugin for basic transforming/cropping on the Edit page.

Rounded corners are not considered to be a basic crop feature. It's very similar to other editing apps in this regard.
