License for Resolve Studio dont work

Hi,

I have a studio license for Resolve Studio on my PC. I still have the activation key card. I formatted the computer and installed Resolve Studio again, however, when I went to use the license, it gave an error, stating that I had already used that license. So, I have this problem. As I formatted my PC and installed Resolve Studio again, I can't use the software without a license. How to deactivate the license to use it again? Please help me as I need Resolve Studio to work. This is my job.

How many computers are activated with this key?
if its more than one, use the help menu to deactivate one, as would have been advised before the formatting process.
