New to the forum, but not DR. I've got hundreds of hours over 3 years, the last of which in Studio with Speed Editor - but I still feel like a rookie.
I ran into this problem for the first time today (V 18.6 - I'll do a sig with specs when I have more time). I ended up having to copy/paste audio attributes to a bunch of clips when I decided to tweak EQ settings late in a project. The initial clip where I made the changes worked normally - a little choppy, but more or less real time updating - but when I pasted attributes to virgin clips, no changes were forthcoming - the settings/curves were identical to the master, but even turning the EQ on/off made no difference, nor did a restart.
I finally tried Slivinsons workaround above, and it worked. If you have a ton of cuts like I did, it's less painful if you move to Fairlight, select a large group of clips (that don't have any Speed Change applied), nudge any setting on the Speed Change controls, then reset to default. Voila, all the clips will update to the new EQ. The only problem is, you can no longer apply changes in real time to any of the clips without doing the same dance each time.
