Optimized media randomly stops rendering

So, I hadn't really had this issue in the past. In general, when I try to make a clip into optimized media either a 10 minute or 1 minute clip this issue arises a lot of the time it gets to 30 or even 60% but then suddenly stops and the estimated time just keeps getting higher. Sometimes it fixes itself, but then some other times it goes up to an estimate of 2 hours or more for a simple 10 minute render.

Also the optimized media is saved on my ssd

It would be very helpfull if anyone could help me with this problem.
My specs: Ryzen 7 1700x
GTX 1050ti
16 gigs of ddr4 ram

All drives are internal?
