Nvidia rtx 3070 cuda not supprted?

GPU config warning
DVR is using open cl for image processing because the main display gpu or one of the selected bvidia gpu does not does not have sufficient capabilities to support support cuda 11.0. removing the unsupported gpu from the system of manually selecting open cl mode[i][/i]
What is happening. using 18 b2
My gpu is rtx.3070 and drivers are 512.29
