Can anyone else verify this oddity? Running 17.4.6 build 4 on Ubuntu 22.04, although the bug also appears to be present in the dockerised version running under CentOS for both 17.4.6 and all 18 betas.
If I load fonts into `/usr/share/fonts/truetype/` they show up in both the Text and Text+ effects.
If I load fonts into `~/.local/share/fonts/` they only show up in Text effects, never Text+.
Fonts placed into the latter directory work correctly in all other apps.
