Can my APU work with my gpu for video editing?

Hi.
I’m using 3400g with rx570.
im a video editor using Davinchi resolve studio.
I wanted to know if there is a way to make the igpu of the cpu work with the gpu for video encoding and decoding.
is there any windows settings/ bios settings/ or software settings to make this happen?
im asking since I noticed that when I work on a timeline I see 100% gpu use but no cpu use and thought maybe there’s a way to use it.
also I heard that intel CPUs with igpu are using it for video editing so what’s the difference?
thanks

I do not think you can use both the igpu and the gpu.

If you look under preferences in the decode section do you see both?

The difference between the Intel and the AMD is the media decoder. The Intel media decoder does more than basically anything else out there. That means it's worthwhile having it active.

In the past motherboards turned off the IGPU if you installed a discrete GPU because the IGPU didn't do anything special.

In addition if Intel ever ships the Arc cards they're intended to share workloads with the IGPU. I don't think AMD has done anything similar.

If it's an 11th or 12th generation Intel iGPU, it'll decode H.265 flavors no other PC can decode in hardware.
Only Apple's M1 can do it as well (no specific setting needed there).
