Blackmagic Cloud and firewall

Hi,

I'm trying to use Blackmagic Cloud in the released version of Resolve 18. I'm macOS and I get the rainbow spinning beach ball when doing any cloud action when I'm connected to my company's network. If I switch to a Internet hotspot, the cloud features work.

Can you tell me what firewall ports need to be open in order to use the cloud features of Resolve 18?

I am in need of this as well. I'm running into issues when trying to start DR18 and it locks up when it cant reach the Project Cloud.

Please Help! Same issue - need information/white paper on IP addresses, URLs and TCP/UDP to get through work's firewall. Does anyone have any information that could help?
