Popping up parts of UI panels +Where to post bugs?

Is there some forum or bugtracker around to mention issues with DaVinci Resolve (PRO)?

here's one since DaVinci 18+ which wasn't there before:

Once in a while, no clue when, suddenly some half UI panel appears on random positions on the screen. Like this one, right above the viewport in the Fusion page. No clue how to get rid of it and there seems to be no option than to restart the software.

This forum is exactly the right place to report bugs, Maarten, you can also contact your local BMD support office.
Regarding the issue you're seeing, are you running Resolve under Windows with a scaled HiDPI setup? Did you try Workspace > Reset UI Layout? Does it disappear if you switch away to another page and back again? (Am assuming its some kind of screen redraw issue.) FYI, another user is posting today about the same or at least a very similar Fusion Page issue (random Metadata window appearing and obstructing the workspace): viewtopic.php?f=21&t=165495

Thanks. I also think this is some kind of redraw issue.
I am working on HD screens, but on a surface laptop which own screen is HiDPI. Not using that screen for DaVinci tho, so it shouldn't bother anything HiDPI.

Does it disappear if you switch away to another page and back again?

When changing to another page it's not visible anymore, but when switching back to the fusion page it's still there. (So it doesn't seem to be a screen drawing issue after all)
