BMD Proxy Generator - Proxies missing audio

I am faced with a strange issue.

Now wen I generate proxies using the BMD Proxy generator. There is no audio playing in the generated proxy files. I tried different players and also importing to DR but nothing plays.

But when I check the media properties, it does show information for the audio channels.

All previously generated proxy media playback fine with audio. This issue just cropped up since yesterday, if I remember it right, after making an attempt to generate h.265 proxies and then switching back to h.264.

If anyone has any clues on how to fix the issue do let me know.
I am right now trying to download the latest version of DR and do a re-install.

I haven't had this issue. Are you playing your proxies from Explorer or from within Resolve? I'd posed a similar question re: proxies and audio but replies can be pretty hit or miss on this forum. I'm not sure what Resolve does with the source file's audio but it's possible that it only renders maybe track 1?

Thank you for that reference Joe. It appears to be a bug. Hope someone from BM is watching this and will consider a fix in one of the future updates.

As a work around I am generating proxies now using Handbrake and and I am able to get 1/10th of the sizes of what BMD Proxy Generator was churning out.
