Davinci Resolve 15 blocked

Hello , I can no longer use Davinci Resolve on my 2017 Imac. I re-downloaded DR 15 from your site, but I can’t open it.
I have attached a screenshot of what I see.
I can’t change this page.I tried to uninstall it and re-install it, but nothing works
Can you help me successfully open the software and work with it, please.
(sorry I don’t speak English very well, I use Reverso to translate...)

Currently, you have no project databases. I don't know if you had any previously, and I don't know why you don't have the default Local Database.

If you have no current projects you care about, and you just want to start using that version of Resolve, create a new Disk database,

Click the New Database button in the lower left.

In the New Database window that opens, select the Create tab.

Leave Type set to Disk.

In the Name area, enter a name for the database.

In the Location area, click with your mouse cursor. A Finder window will open. Select your Documents folder. Then click the New Folder button in the lower left of the Finder window. Give the new folder the name of your database and click Create. Then click Open. Then click Create in the New Database window.

You should now have a database with that name in the Disk area. It should be selected. And in the Projects area should be a selected project called Untitled Project. You can open that to start working, or you can click the New Project button and make a new project.

Thank you very much for that advice, which has served me well.
I can use DR again, and I’m glad.
One more thing ; it’s a detail, but it’s handy: I can’t adjust the size of the application image as I can with any other application on my Imac by placing my mouse cursor in the corner of the frame: would you have a solution please ?

Resolve GUI is not resizable like other apps. But to make sure it's as good as can be, select the Resolve Workspace menu, Reset UI Layout.

Resolve UI will also look better on larger resolution displays. If you are in the 1680x1400 range, you are not going to see all the palettes on the Color page.
