PostSat Aug 13, 2022 5:43 am

Hi, I have a new computer and have clean installed Resolve 18 and I'm trying to connect to existing data bases on external drive. There is no Connect Database button. How do I do it?
TIA.

In the Project Manager window click on Projects then on the i symbol next to Local Database. You can then import your database.
Have a look at Chapter 3 in the manual starting on page 65 for more detailed info.

Many thanks Charles.
I found the easiest way was to go back to my old computer and create .drop files of the projects I needed, c and open them in Resolve and start afresh. This way I cleaned up a lot of projects spread across a number of drives.
