HUI or Mackie Controller for surround panner

Hi All. I know resolve supports Hui or Mackie protocols. I was wondering two things.

1. Does resolve support midi surround sound panners with either of these protocols?
2. Where should I look to start with affordable surround sound panners? Just interested in the joysticks and not much else.
