Trying to purchase studio version

Is there any sure fire way of buying the studio version?
I purchased it and then a message came up and said "Can't be shipped there". But they don't need to ship anything, right? The activation gets sent to your email.

If you buy it direct from BMD, they send the code in an email. If you buy it from a reseller, they might physically mail a code card.

Just tried it again. Same result.
It gives me a payment error even though the money is sent and then returned.
And then gives me this message:

"This store does not ship to your country"

I am an American citizen living in the country of Georgia. For my Paypal account I'm using my address here as well as the bank.

Any thoughts?

As long as there is nothing to be sent for sure I could give my US address instead of my Georgian address.

As BMD needs to pay taxes in the location of delivery, a USA payment for a USA address would have the local county and state and fed tax applied, as applicable.

I questioning whether the country of Georgia is on the delivery list based on the ability to pay the correct taxation, so the system won't complete the transaction.

Can you order from a USA address, with a USA account via a VPN?

I would like to ask again is everyone sure that if I use a US address and US account to purchase
Davinci Resolve Studio that nothing will be sent to that US address and everything needed will be sent by email.
Otherwise, I will purchase it here in the country of Georgia. It will be $100 more and be a dongle.
