I'm running the latest resolve version, as well on my bmpcc4k. The gyro option is available with my sigma 150-600 + metabones adapter. But it's not with my lumix vario lenses 12-35 and 100-300. (lens stabilization is turned off)
Do you know guys why this is happening? Is there any fix for that?
Uli's on track. If OIS is turned on in the camera, whether or not the lens has it, Gyro won't work.
Fortunately, you can assign OIS to one of the three buttons on top for quick access. Unfortunately, there's no indicator on screen for whether or not it's on or off.
My Biases:
You NEED training. You NEED a desktop. You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
Problem solved, yeah the stabilize option was turned on indeed. I was looking in the menu with the wrong lens, my bad .
Sadly I realized that this is not working for my setup, which is a gimbal on a tripod with a 600mm lens (FF equivalent). That is for filming wildlife from a boat.
