Issue with 3D Keyer/Open FX Overlay

I am following this video: "DAVINCI RESOLVE 18 - How to Chroma Key/Green Screen (EDIT Page) FAST & EASY" on youtube (apparently I can't add links) to try and remove a green screen of one video to combine it with another video. I am able to open 3d Keyer, but when it tells me to click "Transform" and then go to "Open FX Overlay" to be able to use 3D Keyer, I don't have that option. I have searched everywhere for that option and I'm not seeing it at all. Is this option only available for the paid version? I just downloaded the free version tonight and I'm struggling to figure everything out.

It looks like you are on the Cut page, you need to be on the Edit page, you will see it at the very bottom of the app. Then the OpenFX Overlay will be on the bottom left corner of the viewer in a drop-down box.
