Media offline

Hello all,

I recently downloaded DVR, to edit some clips I take with a GoPro HERO10 and a DJI FPV drone but after so many researchs I just can't upload any clips into the app... I have the clips in a Cloud and in the SSD, even tried to copy them in the HDD but no way... I've watched a lot of videos explaining how to do it but I can't figure it out... I can watch them with VLC though...
Do you think it's because it's not the "main files" ? I mean it's a copy of the files from the SD card but the videos ARE copied into the SSD so I think it should be okay...

PC specs are fine I think... (Intel Core i7, RTX 3070, 8GB RAM)

I just saw the manual about the codecs on the assistance page, when there is a " - " on the board, it means no, right ?

Yes, that means no. But we'd need the information from the second tab of MediaInfo.
