Audio problems after Windows 11 22H2 update

I updated my Windows 11 to 22H2 through the Release Preview channel of Windows insider (the update is going to be released for the general public at the end of September).
I noticed some audio problems with videos that are rendered from Resolve (mp4 or mov) and have AAC as audio codec
The first 20 seconds of the audio waveform of those files appears as muted:
The audio is also muted during playback and final render for the first 2 seconds. They play fine in the source viewer.
I found the following workarounds:
1. You can solve the problem by placing the clips inside a compound clip, the waveform looks normal and there is no muted audio during playback or render
2. If you trim one or more frames from the beginning the clips play and render fine (the waveform still looks wrong)
