Hello,
I'm not sure how I'm creating this issue especially as periodically it disappears for a moment but if anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.
Laptop Specs
Davinci 18.0.3 Build 5
windows 11 21H2 Build 22000.978
Dell G3 15 i7 10750H 2.6HHz 6 cores 16GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 2060
I have a project and all of my media is fine within the project. The problem comes up when I move my mouse point over the transition to preview it, at this point it displays the Media offline message. I've read what I can find with this and they may fix it for a moment but then when I move the play head to another spot and do it there I then get the Media Offline message again. For instance just now I was getting the Media Offline message, I then removed the tick from Use Optimized Media if available and I could preview the transitions just fine. I then moved the play head and put it back and now I get the Media Offline again.
I thought an uninstall and reinstall would help but exactly the same.
Is anyone able to help me understand what is causing me all this pain
