Failed to initialize red decoder in Resolve 10

Hello! I've got this message when login into the program. "failed to
initialize red decoder with the configured number of decoders".


I write to support. They tell me to do this (below) And nothing happend. What can I do to work normally with R3D?

1. Uninstall Davinchi. Complete.
2. Change your system location and keyboard setting into english. Complete.
3. Install Davinci 10. (DaVinci_Resolve_Lite_10.0.2_Windows)
4. Reboot.
5. Install REDrocket_Driver_Win_v1.4.36.0
6. Install REDrocket_Win_firmware_1.1.17.3
7. My Configuraion:

8. Minimum system requirements (from readMe)
• Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with SP1
• 12 GB of system memory is recommended and 8 GB is the minimum supported
• Blackmagic Design Desktop Video version 9.7.7 or later
• NVIDIA/ATI Driver version – As required by your GPU
• RED ROCKET Driver version 1.4.36
• RED ROCKET Firmware version 1.1.17.3
And all of this I Have.

9. And nothing changes after that! Davinci shows me again, that "failed to
initialize red decoder with the configured number of decoders".

10. I don't know what to do.

11. HELP!

Try doing a search. There is quite a lot re this issue.

Oops, liitle mistake in Subject - red decoder Fail. And there is no answers, only question from other people/

Just wanted to say that getting rid of the Signiant file transfer app in Windows 10 made the error message go away for me (Resolve 14).
