extracting a frame for use as a youtube thumbnail

This is easy in Premiere Probe. Just go to any location, extract frame. Not so in Resolve?

Switch to the Color page. Right-click on the viewer and choose Grab Still. Then make sure the Gallery is open and right-click on the still and choose Export. Choose the image type you want to export it in and a place to save it.

I find it easier to do this from my media player. Find the frame I want, use the shortcut. Done.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
