Help - Bizarre Crash/Error Behavior

I recently began working on a new project in resolve with 8K red raw footage and ever since, my system has been all sorts of glitchy and resolve is consistently crashing. Also, I can't even drag the resolve window and move it without it taking a few seconds to move, as well as any other application such as chrome. When I open resolve, it takes exponentially longer than it ever has, sometimes 3 minutes or so just to load the projects.



My specs are below

Resolve Studio 17 (latest version of 17 before the 18 crossover)

Retina 5K Imac - 2017

Mojave 10.14.6

4.2 GHz i7

32 GB 2400 mhz DDR4 ram

Radeon Pro 580 8 GB

Select the Resolve Help menu: Create Diagnostics Log on Desktop and send us the file it creates on your Desktop. If it's too large to attach (likely) put it on a file sharing site and provide a link to the file.
