there's no built-in feature that I'm aware of to do that. That said, there are a few things you could try.
Just off the top of my head, you could set up the gate effect on each track and adjust settings to clamp down when the dialogue falls below the threshold level.
Or, you could use automation to simply automate mutes across each track. Especially if there are multiple tracks and the silence falls in the same places, you could enable multiple tracks and do them all at once. Make sure to enable "automation follows edits" in the Fairlight menu so if you move clips around the automation will move with them.
