DR18.1.1 spatial NR threshold sliders are always coupled

only a tiny bug and easy to fix:

color page (win): the sliders for the spatial NR Threshold (better) are always coupled, and can not be decoupled. the little chain icon toggles on/off, but doesn't function. bug or feature?

Studio 18.1.1. on Windows 10.

No problem on a Mac either.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

Joergen, it's working here too. You mention a chain icon. None seen here but all you have to do is uncheck Luma Chroma Same Threshold.
