PostMon Nov 28, 2022 2:03 am

I always used it as bundled of k-lite codecs pack. But unfortunately, i have some drone footage that always displayed information when play it in MPC - HC.
How to disable this information? thanks.

Can you share a short clip?

It is an embedded subtitle track from DJI that shows metadata. Disable the subtitles.

To disable permanently for every video: Options -> subtitles -> Misc -> ignore embedded subtitles

Otherwise: Play -> Subtitle track -> Enable (click when enabled to disable)

Don't use codec packs. They do more harm than good by messing with Window's codec usage merit.
MPC-HC doesn't need any of those codec packs - it plays almost everything by itself.
Saying "Thx for help!" is not a crime.
