Activation key not recieved

Hello,

i just bought the online version of DaVInci Resolve 18 Studio. Paid via Paypal, funds have been deducted from my account but i have not received any confirmation email. Nor have i received the activation key.

Can anyone please help me?

Which country are you in?
It's likely not one where we currently support the sale and payment by PayPal so they will need to correct the transaction error if it's not automatic.

I am having the same issue. Purchased VIA Paypal and I am in the US. I called customer service and they could not find my order. If this doesn't get resolved today I will have to start a chargeback and just pay via a debit card.

EDIT : I called Paypal and they told me something went wrong so they canceled everything and I bought again in one payement (to be sure it will work) and it worked!

I made a 4X payment yesterday with PayPal to buy the studio version.
I have not received any order confirmation or receipt, nor activation key.
At no time did I have to fill in my details.
