Two Weird Issues with Multicam

Hey Everyone, Having two weird issues with Multicam.

1. Syncing multi-cams Using the "Split Multicam Clips at gaps" results in perfect sync via sound.
We are talking 25+ random clips only onboard audio it manages to sync them all perfectly.

But I don't want to have split multi-cams and when I try to sync without that option ticked with the same clips, the sync always fails, only manages to sync one clip, so it makes no sense!

2. When Syncing multi-cams with "Split Multicam Clips at gaps" any clips that had in-out points on them, they stay so while the clips sync fine they are obviously shorter, How can I wipe all in / out points on clips before I sync?

When creating a new Multicam, as long as you have two different camera ID's and you sync via sound you get the option.



It's the difference between an hour's worth of perfect sync or no sync at all.

With "Split at Gaps"


Without "Split at Gaps" Identicle clips, failed.

I'm having the same problem, did you found any solution?
