Bug report

PostSat Dec 03, 2022 3:32 am

There is a bug in the latest version. After I speed up a certain part of the video, it usually leaves gaps as a sign of speeding up but it doesn't leave gaps. Instead it copies the next part of the video also speeding up that part and fills the gaps. Please fix that. It consumes my time and energy.

Very hard to fix, since it seems to be a very rare bug. Please make a very detailed step-by-step description, so the developers can reproduce it. Or, even better, a YT video.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

Well, bad news to you. I used older version and I never encountered that bug until now. Please fix the version, or my time and energy will be wasted more than I imagined during editing process for YouTube. Pls god, fix that bug.

Don't jump on new versions too soon, let others be the beta testers.

That might be easier for the developers if you post some Steps To Reproduce.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

I see this behaviour as well but it's not new. I used to see this in v 17.4.6, IIRC - I presumed this was the way it worked, lol. Of course, if you are working with the full extents of a clip, it will shorten (I'm not saying this is a solution, just an observation). Is it a bug? I don't know.

Hi

A link to a DRP project export, and any steps/instructions would be appreciated.

Thanks
