Low Rez Banding After Applying LUT

I recently upgraded to a new Mac Studio and have moved everything over with no issues... except, when I apply a LUT of any kind to any footage I'm getting this low rez banding on the monitor. If I do any grading from scratch I do not get the same results but if I start with any LUT I'm seeing this issue. Any ideas?
