I just checked. Apparently, the only way out is through death.
Maybe you can update you credit card info and change the expiration date so the charge will decline?

In the web based project server, click the info icon next to the library name. Now, next to the library name, there´s a blue dot . Click it and you will be allowed to disable the library at the end of the billing cycle.

Sorry to dig out again but this is so confusing/misleading
Can a BM representative confirm this? There is not a "Cancel" option anywhere to be seen and I wouldn't trust that by just "Deleting" my project library they will stop billing me... this is so unprofessional.

Not sure if that helps, but there's an option to switch to free plan in account settings on apps.cloud.blacmagic.com

Yes that helped indeed, the trick is to go on „manage extras“ and delete the library there too.

Have you contacted anyone ?
This a user forum, not an assistance forum.
You should go to Blackmagic Design support page and here you can find phone to contact assistance, email/form to write officially to them.
Here you should hope to be lucky about someone of Blackmagic Design read this post.

As of May 30, 2024 I did this to cancel my Subscription. Follow these steps:

Log into your cloud account. Click settings, Manage Plan, Upgrade Plan Button. Change to the project QTY to 0 using the -/+ option. Save and you will get a message stating your plan has been changed by the due date the following month. Should see a new billing amount of Zero for the next cycle. Hope this helps.
You can depend on the Pro!
