Change "davinci_resolve.log" file location

Was browsing one of my network drives when realized that Resolve is logging "davinci_resolve.log" to some unrelated location on that network drive. I can't seem to find where to change this so that Resolve uses a local drive for these logs.

Can someone point me to the location on the Resolve app or to some config file were I can change/redirect the "davinci_resolve.log" logging location.

FYI - this is where the Resolve logs are getting generated on Z:\ (mapped network drive). This location is completely unrelated to Resolve:
Z:\VT\AHK\#ProgramData#Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\logs\davinci_resolve.log

Using resolve 18 on win10.

I'm not aware of any User controls for this.

Yes, Resolve installed on default C: location.
Yes Documents in default location and contains the "Blackmagic Design" folder.
C:\Users\W10U\Documents\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\

Database and project cache files are on r: drive (local m.2 ssd drive)

Only the log files are getting written to this mapped network drive on Z:\. If I delete the log files on Z:, they get recreated at that same network drive location.

Problem Solved (figured it out)

I am launching Resolve using a keyboard shortcut app (AutoHotKey AHK) using the command below.

Run,"C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Resolve.exe"

The above command is executed from a script that reside on the network drive Z:\VT\AHK\.

I don't know why but Resolve is using keyboard shortcut script's location as the base root for where to write its log files.

Never would have guessed that.

This variable indeed works, but it sets up a location for different kind of logs, and does not prevent producing those #ProgramData# logs.

But I realized there's also a log config file, which it is located here:
%AppData%\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Preferences\log-conf.xml

You can change the param name="file" value="" to the folder you need, separated by forward slashes, and Resolve won't produce any unwanted log folders.
