50fps footage Offline in 25fps Project

Hi all
All footage transcoded in Avid to DNxHR.
Resolve project set to 25fps.
Footage shot at 25fps is all good.
Footage shot at 50fps remains offline.
Looking at the 50fps transcoded media directly on the drive it is offline.
The Avid that did the transcoding has no trouble displaying the footage.
Normally I have no problem with 50fps stuff.
Can anyone suggest where I might start looking for this problem.

Resolve 17.4
Mac OS Monterey (point something).

Strange issue. Project fps should not matter as footage is offline on import itself.
25p files are also from AVID? Are they DNxHR or maybe DNxHD?
Looks like for some reason Resolve doesn't like 50p DNxHR files out of AVID.
Transcode 1 file outside of AVID to DNxHR (AME, ffmpeg etc) and check.

Couple ideas.

Can you share a clip?

Can you upgrade to 18.1.2?

I found the problem.
Footage at 50fps transcoded to DNxHR on a PC will not display in Resolve 17.4 running on a Mac.

There was buggy Resolve version which could not read DNxHR (or maybe it was export).
Is 17.4 last version of 17.x?
It's not a PC that is the problem, but tool which DNxHR was made with. It's till not 100% clear if it's a file or Resolve issue.
