Editing accident created a nice effect.

How to recreate this edit effect where it jumps a little while moving forward?

Any help in working out how I can recreate this transition effect, greatly appreciated

Looks like Smooth Cut improperly applied (too many frames for it to work correctly.)

not even a smart cut, a straight dissolve between the same shot with a dozen or so frames removed….

Thank you for helping me work it out, I recreated it.
Where i made a cut on right side I smart removed 24 frames and added the dissolve to the middle
