Flashing Lights along moving Objects

***New to Davinci Resolve (free version) and this forum***

I'm having an issue with random lines of (neon) light appearing for a brief second along moving objects. I'm attaching a quick video showing this

. Shows up during playback and export. This is the first time I'm experiencing this issue.

I'm running Version 18.1.2 Build 6 on Windows 10. Tried updating, restarting, and clearing all color setting.

If anyone has any thoughts, I would greatly appreciate it!

I cannot tell what I'm supposed to look at.

I can't spot anything either. Must be something with playback on your computer specifically. Can you record it with your mobile off your screen and post again here?

Nothing seen here either.

It seems like it was just something funky happening with my computer. Thanks for the extra sets of eyes!
