Video part of Clip doesn't add to timeline

Da Vinci Resolve 18 (Free version) Issue:
I am trying to add a clip to the timeline of a particular Project (Project B).
This clip is a H264/.mov file rendered from a different project (Project A).
(The clip from Project A shows up and can be played completely (video and audio) in Clip Window).

When I drag the clip on to Timeline of Project B, ONLY the Audio shows up on the Timeline, NO VIDEO.
As a test, I tried rendering the clip of Project A as a Apple Pro Rez 422 HQ/ .mov file, then going through the above steps. Same result...Audio only/ No video!
Next, I tried importing the Project A files into 2 different projects (Projects C & D).
This time, when adding the clip to the Timeline (Both Project C & D), the VIDEO and Audio both showed up and played normally!
(The only difference between Projects: Project B is 30fps / Projects A,C &D are 29.97fps).

Has anyone ever had this issue? How can I get the Clip from Project A to work in Project B?

In all tests, in each Project, I was dragging/ dropping clip into an unused video/ audio track. That worked fine in Projects C&D (per 1st post), but of course not in Project B (problem edit).

I will check your suggestion, though.

Just tried your suggestion and I was able to add the Project A clip to Project B's Timeline! Pleased that it was a simple fix (but embarrassed at Newbie mistake).
